This report describes the construction and research work involved in the Lulevärme (Lule Heating) project, carried out between 1982 and 1985. It was originally intended that production of this report would have marked completion of the work. However, as a result of recommendations from the BFR Reference Group for the project, parts of the evaluation work will continue from 1985 to 1988.
