Energy Conservation in Buildings in China and Sweden: Seminar in China 1984

The cooperation between the Swedish Council for Building Research and the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and Environmental Protection (MURCEP) was initiated in 1980. Agreed Minutes signed in October 1981 by the State Administration for Building Construction in China and by the Swedish Council for Building Research and the Swedish National Board of Physical Planning and Building determined the terms of cooperation.

Within the frame of the cooperation agreement a seminar was held in Harbin in November-December 1984 on Energy Conservation in Buildings. This publication presents the papers submitted to the seminar. A second seminar will take place in Sweden in May 1986.
