"Descriptive geometry is a branch of geometry in which the spatial forms of objects are represented on a plane. The basic objectives of descriptive geometry are: (1) the study of various methods of representing three-dimensional figures on a plane; (2) the investigation of the geometric properties of figures and solids on the basis of given images.
