Cooperatives in Tanzania: Problems of Organisation
This study examines the organizational challenges faced by cooperatives in Tanzania, a vital sector for rural development and economic empowerment. Despite the potential of cooperatives to enhance livelihoods, they encounter significant issues such as weak governance, inadequate leadership, and limited access to financial resources.
