This report describes a system for the dimensioning, evaluation and re-dimensioning of flexible pavement structures. This system is divided into five subsystems, which are: a system with which road pavements can be dimensioned and with which the deterioration of the structural condition (load-bearing capacity) can be described over time, a system of visual inspection with which the condition of road pavements can be determined and on the basis of which maintenance can be planned, a system with which the structural residual value of road structures can be determined using deflection measurements, a system for determining the fracture and crack growth properties of asphalt concrete mixtures, a dimensioning system for overlays.
